Ingredients

  • 1 Cup 1 Quaker Oats

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Milk (I Prefer The Creamyness of Oat Milk)

  • 1 Tbsp 1 Honey

  • 1 Tsp 1 Cinnamon

  • 1/4 Cup 1/4 Almonds (Or Nut Of Choice)

Directions

  • Start with about a three-inch layer of oats in your mason jar.
  • Add a handful of blueberries
  • Add another layer of oats
  • Add a layer of strawberries
  • One more layer of oats
  • Add your milk and then Greek yogurt
  • Leave space on the top for your choice of toppings like almonds, honey, cinnamon,
  • Mix everything with a spoon for 15 seconds to ensure the yogurt and milk mix with the oats.
  • Put the top on your mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
  • Put your overnight oats in a bowl, and feel free to add more fresh fruit and cinnamon on top. If you're on the go, you can eat the overnight oats out of the jar.

Notes

  • Pro Tip: If you're measuring your honey in a bowl or measuring device, first coat it with a neutral-flavored oil so the honey slides right out.
