1 Cup 1 Quaker Oats
1/2 Cup 1/2 Greek Yogurt
1/2 Cup 1/2 Milk (I Prefer The Creamyness of Oat Milk)
1 Tbsp 1 Honey
1 Tsp 1 Cinnamon
1/4 Cup 1/4 Almonds (Or Nut Of Choice)
Directions
- Start with about a three-inch layer of oats in your mason jar.
- Add a handful of blueberries
- Add another layer of oats
- Add a layer of strawberries
- One more layer of oats
- Add your milk and then Greek yogurt
- Leave space on the top for your choice of toppings like almonds, honey, cinnamon,
- Mix everything with a spoon for 15 seconds to ensure the yogurt and milk mix with the oats.
- Put the top on your mason jar and refrigerate overnight.
- Put your overnight oats in a bowl, and feel free to add more fresh fruit and cinnamon on top. If you're on the go, you can eat the overnight oats out of the jar.
